Sigue Sigue Sputnik (feat. Martin Degville)

In 1983 Martin Degville and Tony James, former Generation X, founded Sigue Sigue Sputnik. Their first  album (1986) includes the hitsingle ‚Love Missile F1-11’, later followed by their second big hit ‚21st Century Boy’.
Later the band split up and started touring seperately from each other. Since then Martin had to call his band ‚Martin Degville’s Sigue Sigue Sputnik’.
But the 21st Century Boys are back and still rockin. And they got the original voice!



Martin Degville’s Sigue Sigue Sputnik are:
Martin Degville (vocals)
Mark Standley (guitar / vocals)
Mark was founder member of Glam/Punk pioneers V2. 
A peer of Joy Division, Buzzcocks, The Fall. He has also worked with Tricky on award winning album Maxinquaye, co-writing the track 'Black Steel'.
Mark's Punk influenced guitar style adds a new harder edge to the legendary Sputnik sound.
Mandie Minx (keyboard / vocals)
Mandie first performed as backing singer and percussionist in Manchester band 'Kid Voodoo and the Tigerettes'. 
She went on to perform in 'Pleasuredome' with Mark in 2002. She also performs on the international Burlesque circuit as 'Miss Bunny Rogers'

Right now they’re out to promote their latest releases ‚Electraparade’ and ‚Pink Pervert’
